Job Description
Position Description: Work with LA channel sales team reviewing channel program with channel sales leader and communicate it to business partners; Train and support channel program, promotion and incentives; Open programs and promotions in Lenovo’s tool according to defined budget approved by CFO and 4P; Channel Program budget control; Channel Incentive campaigns control; BP’s quota performance analysis against channel program rules (quota vs actual); Weekly channel tiering classification considering sellin and sellout; Weekly active resellers report; Weekly promotion report; Channel quota suggestion (quarterly); Input to Finance & Incentives teams on accruals on promotions, program & rebates; Follow payment process and payments reports; Support Distributor / reseller in claim process for payments; Work proactively to improve processes; Provide meeting minutes and act on issues raised from the meetings. #### Position Requirements: Experience of at least 5 years in channel processes; Experience in process improvements; Ability to talk to business parts, provide training and requested support; Analytical, organized, detail oriented, committed, proactive, team work and leadership skills; Excel and power point - advanced (If you don’t have excel please do not submit the candidature); Power BI, Qlikview is a plus; Fluent in English; Portuguese desirable.
