Mission and Purpose
Representing Audi Global Headquarter, Retail Business Development Division (C/VB) in Audi China takes charge of regional steering function for all network related topics by cooperating and supporting Audi's Joint Venture - Audi Sales Division in Chinese Market.
As one of the key branches of C/VB, Network Operation department (C/VB-1) focus on both Network development and management related topics.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Setup of regular reporting system for all BM and Performance relevant KPIs (e.g. Network profitability).
Identification of improvement areas, proposing improvement measures to Joint Venture.
Validation and plausibility check of DPIP payment (Dealer Profitability Improvement Project).
Ongoing monitoring of risk management dealers; Financial assessment of risk potential.
On-going support to Joint Venture for further development of B&M policy (strategic path).
Qualifications
Education Background
University Degree or similar.
Master/MBA preferred.
Professional Skills
5+ years dealer network management or related experience in automotive industry.
Finance related expertise.
Proficiency in MS office.
Competence Requirements
Progressive & Performance Oriented.
Analytical thinking & Problem Solving Skill.
Flexibility & Communication Skill.
Language Skills
Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin.
German will be a plus.
