Responsibilities

• Ensure proper tools for tracking brands and BU’s performance in terms of sales, market shares, sales force effectiveness and advocate for using these tools for making data driven business decisions
• Proactively flag business risks and identify opportunities, demonstrate constructive challenge attitude and propose mitigation actions
• Drive effectively and deliver on high quality forecasting in line with regional guidelines, clarifying all the assumptions behind the numbers
• Driving SIP scheme changes when necessary to better reflect business needs
• Actively support Market Access activities in order to strengthen our chances for assumed reimbursement success
• Support pricing decision process to maximize business potential while assuring profitability
• Drive effectively high quality forecasting to enable strategic choices to sustain long term growth of PL affiliate
• Ensure best resource allocation aligned with company strategic direction
• Actively support business case approval process and post approval execution
• Drive Business and Budget Reviews

Minimum Requirements

• Academic/HBO level
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication.

Preferred Requirements

• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in the assigned therapeutic areas.
