Accountable for development of key company strategies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support analytical work of business growth opportunities including information gathering, report writing and feedback communication
• Analyse and evaluate strategic opportunity / partnership, including possible corporate transactions
• Support the development of annual strategy plan, marketing plan and marketing budget
• Provide insights from research / analytics data to develop go-to-market business strategies
• Coordinate with external consultant on project delivery 
• Monitor market data and develop market share analysis
• Lead and drive strategic projects with business impact to AIAHK
• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure timeliness of deliverables
• Monitor the results of projects after launched

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5+ years of relevant strategy planning / corporate development experience. Experience in consultancy / Big 4 accounting firm / insurance industry will be an advantage
• Strong business acumen and result oriented, with proven track record in attaining business results
• Be adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
• Attentive to details with good analytical, coordination and organisational skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and report writing skills
• Good communication, influencing and presentation skills
• You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
