职责描述：

1. Develop and optimize strategy in different business and functional areas for Fuji Xerox China

2. Be the thought partner to support top management to make strategic decisions

3. Fully leverage internal and external resources to conduct fact-based analysis, be able to solve vague problems that have no clear definition and scope

4. Lead ( or have the potential to lead ) strategic projects and team members by taking initiatives and proactively collaborate with other departments involved

5. Influence key decision makers in the organization to align with the company strategy and implement with a PDCA process

6. Coach other team members to improve their strategic thinking and planning capability

任职要求：

1. Minimum requirement is bachelor’s degree from a top university with top 15% in the class; MBA from a top 25 school is preferable

2. Certificate in project management or total quality management will be helpful but not necessary

3. Minimum 2-4 years of business planning, business consulting or sales/market planning experience in a multi-national corporate environment

4. B2B and /or IT/OA industry experience much preferable but not necessary

5. Experience as an analyst/associate/project manager in a notable management or IT strategy consulting firm will be extremely helpful

6. Strong oral/written communication skills and analytical skills are a must, including mastery of power point, excel and word

7. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, strong oral and written skills in English and Mandarin a must

8. Japanese preferable but not necessary
