We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to develop and embed effective ways of working to drive improved efficiencies across the sourcing business. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine and evaluate the current state of business processes through analysing information gathered from multiple sources
• Diagnose existing processes and design improved ones by applying appropriate methodologies, such as lean
•  Elicit inputs for process design using interviews, workshops, scenarios, document analysis, etc.
• Create process documentation/workflows, guidelines, summaries and process training packs to facilitate discussions with stakeholders as well as for process implementation
• Identify and escalate issues and risks as well as participate in the problem resolution
• Consolidate data and provide process compliance analysis for management review
• Provide process coaching to team members where required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, operations management, computer science, statistics or related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ experience in business process management across functions in a multinational organisation
• Lean or Six Sigma or Business Process Management certification
• Proven track record in process design, development and governance by applying established methodologies, including running workshops with stakeholders across functions
• Experience in embedding new processes and driving change in the business
• Ability to effectively resolve obstacles in a situation analytically or in a creative manner
• Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels within an organization
• Excellent English writing skills
