Job Description
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to develop and embed effective ways of working to drive improved efficiencies across the sourcing business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine and evaluate the current state of business processes through analysing information gathered from multiple sources
- Diagnose existing processes and design improved ones by applying appropriate methodologies, such as lean
- Elicit inputs for process design using interviews, workshops, scenarios, document analysis, etc.
- Create process documentation/workflows, guidelines, summaries and process training packs to facilitate discussions with stakeholders as well as for process implementation
- Identify and escalate issues and risks as well as participate in the problem resolution
- Consolidate data and provide process compliance analysis for management review
- Provide process coaching to team members where required
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in business, operations management, computer science, statistics or related disciplines

At least 4 years’ experience in business process management across functions in a multinational organisation

Lean or Six Sigma or Business Process Management certification

Proven track record in process design, development and governance by applying established methodologies, including running workshops with stakeholders across functions

Experience in embedding new processes and driving change in the business

Ability to effectively resolve obstacles in a situation analytically or in a creative manner

Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels within an organization

Excellent English writing skills
