Position Overview: Siemens Industry, Customer Services Division, Motion Control segment is currently looking for candidates to develop new processes and improve current processes revolved around the long-term service agreement and industrial IoT portfolios. Duties include developing a process workflow for automated renewal alerts, external and internal reporting, and developing analytics to support sales with strategically customer targeting. Responsibilities: Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review Work with various teams to set up processes around Industrial IoT offering and help manage integration 3rd party vendor solutions with our current offering. Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in business process analytics Familiar with Data analytics methods and problem solving in manufacturing environments or other environments with similar level or high level of complexity Understanding of business models and functional processes related to long term service agreements and general IoT.
