Job Description
Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) division is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst (Electronic Data Interchange) to join our team. This position will be a hybrid office/remote role as long as you live within 50 miles of our Raleigh, NC, Arden, NC or Woodridge, IL facilities. As an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and managing inbound/outbound EDI transactions between SAP, Customers, and other internal business systems. You will be responsible for analysis, problem resolution, and business process definition and improvement for the CPDI business, with the focus on the Chicago Distributed-IT business. In addition, you will support other cross functional teams that utilize the internally interfaced systems. The position requires high-level functional business knowledge as related to the full lifecycle of an order, from order entry to scheduling/manufacturing/purchasing, to shipping, to invoicing. In this role, you will: Manage SAP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) front-end issues including driving issues to resolution, developing action plans to improve or adding EDI workflows. Develop action plans to improve processes or add EDI workflows by working with Supply Chain and Shipping resources, as well as Eaton IT resources to ensure interfaces are functioning to maximum effectiveness. Provide first point of escalation for EDI issues with Order Management, Supply Chain, Shipping, and Finance and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects. Manage SAP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) issues between SAP and any internal interfaced business systems, including driving issues to resolution. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or analytics Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with SAP; specifically Quote-to-Cash processes Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
