ISG services has an opportunity for an experienced Business Process Architect who will serve as the lead to improve our business processes within the Iaas business unit. In this role, you will identify and deliver process improvement solutions across complex, technical, and cross-functional processes. This is achieved by leveraging appropriate tools and experience to develop sustained and documented improvements which enable the team to realize business goals and yield increased financial return. Responsibilities: • Manage large-scale, cross-functional, complex process definition and improvement projects. This will include value stream mapping for many initiatives within the IaaS business unit. • Analyzes and develops solutions that facilitate continuous productivity, capacity, and quality improvement across all dimensions. • Conducts proactive and consistent research to identify process improvement opportunities including areas of focus, scoping of the project, prioritization, key deliverables, and successful outcomes. • Collaborate, motivate, and provide input and direction working with cross- functional teams to ensure our business processes are defined, documented, and operationalized. • Ensure that processes work efficiently for all cross-functional teams involved. • Serve as focal point for ISO and SOC certifications for the IaaS business unit.
