Main responsibilities：
Lead role in enabling the business as a partner to achieve business process optimization and automation objectives with effective use of existing or new technology. Working with key business/IT stakeholders to ensure buy-in for change
Drives proactive needs analysis ensuring that business process optimized and automated business needs, demands and challenges are well understood, and that business execution plans and capabilities are delivered on time and within budget. Assures the translation and prioritization of business requirements into business process optimization and automation demands and capabilities, in alignment with business strategy, including execution or implementation.
Entrepreneurial responsibility to ensure that NSB derives value from its investment in business process optimization and automation for a particular business function /stakeholder segment
Enables IT and Business stakeholders to develop, evaluate and use high value, transversal relationships for strategic thinking, disruptive shifts and innovations, identify opportunities, and recognizing internal business trends and value, , related to business process optimization and automation
Acts as business process optimization and automation single point of contact for their business functional and/or site/regional leaders; aligns new demands, manages escalations and promotes business process optimization and automation service offering
With support from other IT functional roles, responsible for the strategic roadmap, participates to investment proposal preparation and business case creation (including relevant business & IT value impact) for new investments related to business process optimization and automation as well as feature definition for processes/tools used by business units
Ensures transparency and understands dependencies in decisions and priorities relevant for business unit requests and initiatives for business process optimization and automation
Ultimately drives business process optimization and automation value realization by planning and managing a segment portfolio from annual planning to delivery.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in IT, Industrial Engineering, BIS, or a related field. MIS, MS or MBA preferred.
7-10 years' experience with a combination of business process consulting, technology product management, and process automation utilizing technology platforms in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Rich experience in business process optimization and automation tool implementation project delivery management.
Experience in success partnering with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to deliver results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to lead by influence while working with various cross-functional stakeholders
Adept at identifying, designing, and delivering cross-functional automation projects that support strategic initiatives in scaled processes, services, and systems to enable the business and operations team to exceed goals and spend more time on value add services
Apply critical thinking to identify the right process re-engineering, simplification and automation opportunities yielding maximum business benefits
