This is a Returnship position. The Path Forward Return to Work program at Intel is a 16-week paid Returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years. It also offers support through Path Forward, a nonprofit organization on a mission to empower people who've been focused on caregiving transition back to the paid workforce.
This program is 100 percent virtual during the 16-week Returnship program. Upon successful completion of the program, there is a possibility of an offer for full-time hybrid employment at the Hillsboro, OR; Chandler, AZ, or Folsom, CA Intel campus (relocation available).

Successful candidate responsibilities may include:
- Advocate for data driven designs through usability testing, on domain survey data or in person interviews or lab testing.
- UX Wireframes, dynamic prototypes, Interaction Maps: Create low to mid fidelity prototypes for ideation, presentation, development guidance and testing.
- Syncing with Development: Collaborating, guiding and being part of the development process
- Usability Testing: Work to define concepts, testing for online usability tests, conference booth testing as well as working with our testing partners to define in-lab testing.

- Able to communicate and influence effectively across multiple levels of management to define transformation strategies and lead them through Change

- Great connecting, partnering and business development skillsets, ability to pull together the right people and partner with the right teams to land engagements and get results
- Able to effectively teach, coach, and facilitate face-to-face events

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in managing programs
- 2 or more years of change and Program/Project Management experience
This program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional work experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters/ MBA degree
- Additional continuous improvement experience, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management, etc., is a plus

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$200,000.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
