The BPE / Business Analyst connects and coordinates between business owners, process owners, platform owners and IT delivery and ensures that all is led and realized in an effective and efficient way. We are looking for a hardworking person for the Market to Order Business Transformation (M2O BT) team for the Apptus and SAP CLM platforms for a global 5000+ user base in the marketing, sales and delivery domain. You will be part of one of the strategic the End2End programs called NPI to Cash program, which will deliver critical quoting and contracting capabilities to improve our current business and enable growth objectives in new business propositions and models Philips is investing in.

You are responsible for

• Supporting the strategy and direction of CLM related SAP platforms based on the company strategy and input from the various partners such as the M2O Product Owner (PO), Business Process Owner (BPO), Business Process Experts (BPE’s), Market and Business Group representatives, Program/Project managers and other Product Owners and Managers;

• Work closely together with these partners on the demand from their respective domains to help assess and decide business relevance and required effort;

• Providing or giving access to product expertise when required;

• You capture, prioritize and manage product requirements coming from the business partners and convey needs to the development teams;

• Every day you work with the development team to answer questions and make decisions; you accept or reject completed work during the sprints and decide on the release for completed functionality;

• Present the delivery team’s accomplishments towards the relevant partners after each product release;

• As part of the scrum team that will realize the capabilities for the new CLM SAP platform, you are responsible for managing the requirements specifications and backlog while ensuring Q&R related steps are being adhered to, ensuring that deliverables meet requirements and partner expectations. You will participate in Requirement Planning and Change Control reviews and work closely with the relevant BPOs and BPEs and their partner network.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 3-5 years of working experience as a business analyst or any similar role; preferably with experience of demonstrating a working knowledge of business domains supported (sales, marketing, services, quoting or contract management);

• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level platforms like SAP or CLM. Preferably in a supply chain or commercial environment;

• Experience working in program teams and deliver projects according to release planning; in combination with providing solutions for problems and delivering quality;

• Have an affinity with IT and translate market requirements towards IT scrum scream and guide them through the building process;

• Hands-on attitude with a growth mindset in the combination of being able to communicate with different layers within the organization on different levels;

• Proficient in English speaking and writing, other languages preferred.
