职位描述

Management Processes (Strategy, budget, performance management):

  • Provide input to the [functional area] roadmap
  • Support BPM Lead for Asia in setting objectives and align on priorities
  • Coaching of Local SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) and super users

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Act as point of contact for functional sub area processes
  • Support BPM Lead for Asia with stakeholder communication
  • Facilitate the dialogue within the given functional area across both regional & local organization - ensuring ongoing communication regarding end-to-end process solution
  • Responsible for establishing and driving the community, e.g. Local Subject Matter Experts / Super users within functional sub area.

Daily operations:

  • Act as one point of contact within functional area for the respective business function
  • Have good general knowledge of the E2E processes & detailed insight and knowledge about in-scope sub processes including key up & down stream processes for the given sub functional area
  • list specific sub-functional areas/processes
  • Ensure that the necessary training material & activities for the functional sub area are maintained and executed in order to maintain process adherence
  • Ensure all processes are documented in alignment with the guidelines defined by the Process Discipline
  • Drive continuous improvement activities by identifying process improvement opportunities within and across end-to-end processes and take an active role and responsibility in working with the business processes and applications such as:
  • Requirements/CR evaluation
  • Process Design, Implementation and Execution
  • Process Monitoring e.g. through PPI’s
  • Participate and support the Operations team to resolve incidents
  • Have knowledge of / own the related functional master data, data models and understand the data governance and maintenance processes
  • Understanding of how Process, Applications, Data and Reporting interlinks within functional area
  • Insight and knowledge of all on-going initiatives within functional area as according to the agreed roadmap
  • Participate as project resource and support in various projects (ad hoc)

任职条件

Education:

  • BA / BSc in relevant subject, e.g. business economics

Language:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin– written and spoken, additional Asian languages are a plus

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of proven functional track record (reaching managerial level) and/or experience with process and application optimization in an international company

Prerequisite Competencies (personal & professional):

  • Ability to understand the benefits and challenges of having a standard end-to-end process model
  • Strong customer orientation with an understanding of customer requirements
  • Profound experience within functional area and associated sub-processes – both from a business process and application perspective
  • Profound knowledge and experience with development and implementation of standard process model and/or application template
  • Ability to work within a continuously changing environment.
  • Solid experience in Business process improvement practices, i.e. identifying and solving process challenges
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule workload
  • Excellent communication skills and change management across organizational level & different cultures.
