Job Description
a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
- ERP, CRM and other business systems
- Communication skills, both written and spoken in: Mandarin + English
- Project management
- IT networks and infrastructure
· Focus and act (PDCA cycle)
b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally with business process management certification (i.e. six sigma)
- 5 years experience in business process management, IT, experience preferably gained in an international business.
- Experience with business process management discipline, technologies, and/or methodologies is an advantage
- Experience with connecting to/liaising with international head office.
- Experience in process analysis, design & implementation within an ERP, CRM and other business applications (ideally ERP Next /ERP).
- Experience in driving process improvement and or IT technology for the local organization is a plus
- Knowledge of business process management tools (preferable Sensus) is a plus.
- Understanding of the business & finance processes and IT Technology ideally within the Technical Installation businesses.
- Analytic, Problem solving, Project Management Skills & result-oriented.
- Communicative, able to collaborate and bridge the process and IT function between different departments.
C. Main tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
- This position supports both the global M&S organization as the IT Organisation with Process improvement, Internal audit & Risk management, IT support (supporting & collaborating with M&S organization based in The Netherlands), as well as supports the local management team as required.
- This position will support process optimization, contributing to the design, development & delivery of process improvement (standardization, optimization, automation). This includes re-design, standardization, automation and roll-out of standard global processes requiring expertise in process management, performance management, change management, quality management and project management. Advising on methods, processes & technologies to support governing the local processes. Helping creating governance rules for making change & providing structure and expertise on how the local Chinese organization conducts process improvement initiatives, in alignment with head office recommendation.
- Next to that this role collaborates with the IT organisation to implement local IT support (business applications), coordinate user questions and funnel them to the IT function in The Netherlands and coordinates small IT projects to completion and or participates in mid / larger projects
- Oversea business travel once a quarter
