We are seeking a business & product development manager that will maintain and develop existing business relations with our overseas partners and work closely with the founder and CEO of Beyond Screen
The position will require the candidate to spend 70% of their time following up on the company’s existing leads and shape these key relationships and spend the remaining 30% of their time working with our American partners and our Chinese team to develop the Beyond Curriculum.

Responsibilities:
Specifically, the candidate will require, by and large, to independently:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and of the North American market for children and family electronics with educational values;
- Maintain a set of key business relationships in the areas of product distribution and sales, game development partnerships, academic research institutions in children's development, and various media channels;
- Work with the CEO to implement the company’s business strategy for the overseas market in terms of signing new distribution partnerships, game development partnerships, and research and development partnerships with academic institutions, and media relationships;
- Represent the company at trade-shows, media, and other industry events around the world.

Qualifications:

We will be open to a candidate at any level of career stage, however, s/he should possess substantially the following qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience in the Educational (K-5) or relevant sector
- A passion and conviction for making things happen.
- Native English
- Mandarin communication Preferred
- A problem solver, who could define a problem, figure the solution, and make it happen
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and resilient
- Strong understanding/interest of the smart tech ecosystem and/or social media savvy
- Pro-active working style to be able to initiate, set-up and drive strategic initiatives independently
- Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail.
