The Business Program Manager (Services Delivery) is responsible for supporting the delivery of best-in-class customer experience for Microsoft Services, allowing customers and partners to maximize their investment in Microsoft services and technologies.

This position will enable Microsoft Support Strategy by executing on the Services consulting and support strategy, planning and delivery execution functions toward profitability and sustained high-quality delivery of services to our customers across the APAC Account Aligned Services Team. This regional, strategic role will directly report into the Area Delivery SPL. 

Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Services Strategy: Supports the Services strategy, generates insights to address customer needs, and assists with direction to local market execution so that customer and Microsoft objectives align.
• Delivery Management: Assists with building and planning internal capabilities that use our delivery assets, methods and tools to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions. Provides thought leadership to the direction and approach for Services delivery. Lead by example and demonstrate your commitment to organizational and business changes  
• Relationship Management: Partner well internally and externally to generate business growth. 
• Operational Excellence:  Drives the identification of opportunities and improves processes, services, and solutions for consistency, accuracy and timeliness of delivery. Sought out by others for proven thought leadership on policies and procedures. Executes on simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutions to increase agility and efficiencies, and manage costs.
• Deal & Renewal Management: Works collaboratively cross-team to lead executions of opportunities, and shares business intelligence with other virtual teams to improve market share.  
• Deliver Results Through Teamwork across Multi-subsidiaries with varying practice maturity and locales – Will be responsible for effectively communicate business strategy and goals and how they align to the team’s work. Work with the subsidiary Delivery Management managers to plan the team’s work to achieve goals and respond effectively to changing priorities, maintaining team energy and results. Partner and collaborate with other teams on related deliverables, and effectively leverage others in relevant work streams.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have most of the following qualifications:

• Any undergraduate degree (preferably business management) or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately three (3) years related Services experience in a Consulting Services organization with demonstrated analysis, business process and risk management skills 
• Management by Influence: Strong cross-organizational stakeholder skills, managing relationships and expectations, both internal to Microsoft and external (key partner stakeholders) throughout the Microsoft sales and delivery cycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to work with employees and customers at all levels.
• Prior Premier and unified support selling and delivery experience or equivalent support lifecycle experience in other companies is preferable.
