• To ensure that “Business Quality” is a core component of PD Sales Channels strategy. This strategy is also aligned to AIA’s operating Philosophy of “Doing the right thing, in the right way, with the right people and the right results will come.”
• To strengthen the first line of defense in mitigating risk and process gaps for various Sales Channels with unique business models by developing and implementing relevant programs.
• To implement BPLAC’s Business Quality framework that systematically raises the Company’s relevant business quality standards and influences Sales Leaders and Sales Team of various channels to be aligned always in their prescribed processes and standards of operation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads, develops and oversees delivery and implementation of Business Quality processes and programs to various partners

Ensures effective execution of BQ initiatives by:

  • Generating regular reports and monitoring of key activities of the various partner selling and servicing practices, i.e. compliance to sales process, after sales servicing, EDD etc.
  • Enhancing existing processes and recommending new procedures i.e. deployment process, client’s engagement, etc.
  • Providing valuable insights and analytics on BQ’s metrics – risk management, market conduct compliance, etc.

Develops and implements programs promoting Quality Business and supports initiatives focused on reducing number of high-risk sales intermediary and businesses.

Act as business partner to NTP for regular business reporting, sharing of best practices, alignment of business plans, strategies and results, and/or seeking approval.

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by department head in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
  • Provide periodic update to Business Quality Head on the quality of business conduct with NTP.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • University/College graduate major in communication, Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Risk Management or Audit
  • Knowledgeable in various insurance distribution or insurance business environment
  • Knowledge in business development
  • Strong computer skills preferably with access to the different systems of the business.
  • Good presentation skill
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
