Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of Business Relationship area in the Technological, Digital and Analytical way of working with the aim of learning practical knowledge of Partnership Distribution Department, and understanding business area, the company and industry.Job Description:
Understand both individual and group life product features
Support sales team for quotation requests from partners and corporate customers
Schedule sales appointment for Sales Director/line manager
Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate corporate customers contact and status
Introduce product and request appointment via phone call to corporate customers
Perform new partners/customers research (corporate companies, associations, SMEs)
Assist line manager and collaborate with stakeholders from different functions during new partner onboarding
Attend meeting/appointment and take minutes
Other admin work to support sales and partnership related tasks
Weekly progress update to line manager
Job Requirement:
A Year 4 Student or fresh graduate in Business or related field
Passionate to learn and work with sales team
Self-motivated, disciplined, and well-organized
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure
