Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

Job Description

 • Responsible for developing concept, design, implementing PD information management and providing business intelligence in order to support PD stakeholder’s decision-making process and overall business strategy.
• Coordinate between the partner and internal department to ensure transactions are complete, accurate and timely
• Ensure and timely generation and make available reports required by partners and internal teams
• Liaise with Sales teams to ensures all required logistics are in place
• Assist and monitor across channel strategic initiatives that will drives achievement, exploring business improvement across business channel
• Responsible for business quality assurance implementation and monitoring across PD channel in order to maintain its services standard and value add to all business partners
• Ensure SLAs agreed with partners are met
• Responsible for credit life business development and target achievement
• Responsible for monitoring sales & channel activation through strategic communication, thematic program and various campaign across distribution channel; in order to support improvement of sales productivity and achievement
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring banc assurance sales operation to support smooth sales daily activity.
• Developing and maintain good relationship with all PD stakeholder’s in order to support PD overall business strategy and development
• Responsible for PD budget monitoring in order to support PD business development
 

Job Requirements

 • Education – Bachelor in Economy or Business Management
• Minimum 4 years in insurance industry, banking, or finance with exposure in business process and project management
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to lead team effectively
