We’re looking for a business risk manager to:
• lead and run the monthly global risk committee for the GCRG COO management team
• coordinate and ensure quality deliveries of risk items in an efficient and consistent manner across the broader team of approx. 600 people
• be the first point of contact to support GCRG EC member on all risk-related topics
• understand the priorities and strategic goals of the function
• proactively identify and manage relevant emerging risk topics for the function
• ensure timely resolution across the functions risk portfolio, highlighting any issues that require attention from senior management
• owning and shaping the policy and control framework for the function
• design and implement processes to support risk management in the function
• gain a good understanding of the issues affecting the global team across GCRG
• educate and challenge function on risk topics to help drive the business forward
• manage a portfolio of projects ranging from quick tasks such as pulling risk reports to longer term strategic initiatives over several months
• work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units
