Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist in Business Risk & Control framework development
  • Enhance and monitor key indicators, conduct sample testing and thematic reviews to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness in the business
  • Advise and strengthen the company’s control program base on the activities under review
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure documented policies and procedures are up to current standard and aligned to Risk Policy

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in risk management, finance, business, accounting or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in risk management, internal control, audit or compliance in banking and financial industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
