Job Description

Responsibilities and requirements for this position include:
  • Being fluent in English and a major European Language (for European based consultants).
  • Qualifying customer inquiries and accessing customer needs
  • Prospecting for new business and presenting the Xerafy value proposition
  • Ability to relate business problems with Xerafy solutions
  • Highly motivated with ability to work independently or as a part of a team
  • Grows recurring revenues by prospecting within current customers to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities
  • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in a customer-centric, consultative selling approach
  • Develops and implements strategies to penetrate accounts and increase order volume
  • Highly organized and able to coordinate schedules of multiple people for collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales experience (Hunter)
  • Experience within the technology industry(greatly preferred)
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills through communications and presentation delivery to customers and partners
  • Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
  • 1 years’ experience in a similar sales position
  • Be available for 20 hours per week (flexible times are offered)

This position is best suited to the person with the ability to work on their current visa. Xerafy is unable to provide work permits for this position.
