What is Treadler? It’s a B2B Brand in H&M group that offers access to the group's global supply chain, as a B2B service, to accelerate sustainable change in an efficient way with a tailored service covers all steps from product development to sourcing, production and logistics. 

What do you do?

As a Business Solution Responsible within Treadler you will play a key role in the change and growth journey that we are on. You will contribute by supporting our business users to find efficient ways of working by utilizing our tech solutions. You will be involved in driving changes and business implementation. You will help to improve our tech solutions by enhancing them where possible through configuration and by collecting and driving improvements based on feedback given from internal and external users. You will act in a global role supporting our teams in our different production offices located primarily in Dhaka, Shanghai, Turkey and partly in Hong Kong.

This role touches almost everything related to systems which support our business in an efficient way. You will take accountability for System Management including managing recurring configuration in the PLM system, maintenance of models/data/routines as well as related administration tasks.

You will take accountability to provide an efficient and quality Business Support by providing guidance/training as well as owning training materials and conduct trainings. You will be the key contact person for the super user group, coordinating, securing competence. Participating in test activates for new solutions and releases​.

​You will closely collaborate with worldwide Stakeholders & Co-workers for ongoing projects /issues related to the production area, including but not limited with business process managers, PO/Logistics, supper user community and finance.

Who are you?

The person we are looking for is a Strong Communicator and Collaborator, who has Strong English skills both spoken and written, highly independent on own works with driving ability and accountability. 

The person are expected to have the experience from working with Supply Chain/Sourcing/Retail, creating /conducting trainings as well as experience from Systems and Support will be a plus.

Meanwhile, the person should be equipped with the knowledge about PLM tools and general knowledge about office 365.
