Director of Business Solutions (m/f/d) Northern Europe
Our Northern Europe IT-team is looking for strong Director of Business Solutions (m/f/d). You will be responsible for Accor’s internal applications (local, central and in-hotel) across the HUB. You have to manage a team in charge the day-by-day support, animation and adoption of new solutions, tools or Accor application by hotels. Furthermore, you will deal with application usability, quality control, the regional’s specificities and legal or new requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
- You represent Accor as partner-oriented service provider in front of all Management & Franchise partners and will have a strong partnership with SMDL team in the region
- You are responsible to specify any new application needed by the business and for the internal application landscape which involves local support and escalation process to central teams
- You drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, support improvements, quality and processes, developments
- You support project related to Distribution and IT applications interfaced or not with Accor distribution system, based on the Accor strategy
- You are in charge of training hotels in new tools: iPOS, iPMS, Accor application (legacy and new to come)
- You ensure applications are aligned with local legal and fiscal requirements.
- You provide feedback on the Digital applications and rollout processes to the distribution system division
- You manage and create KPIs to control market penetration in our business partners; and establish strategy to conquer where opportunities exist
- You coordinate all stages of the Accor Digital solution for an opening hotel
- You constantly review actual processes and offer solutions using new technologies and/or applications
Your Profile:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience, in IT-Support Management or Service Delivery Management
- You have experience within hospitality
- Analytical and strategical thinking, as well as good business acumen are your strengths
- Your possess strong communication skills and customer orientation
- You are able to work with stakeholders across all levels and various parts of the business
- You are fluent in English (French or German will be seen as advantage)
- You have a bachelor or an equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management of computer science
