Join us in the IT team as a Business Solutions Specialist/IT Project Manager - Hotel Systems.

Here is a summary of some of the great things you will be doing:

• Taking responsibility for "Business Solutions" area within IT, with a focus on PMS, POS and DRS systems for our hotels and sales teams
• Rollout of IT projects and applications for our iPMS, POS and DRS solutions (closely cooperation with our hotels, sales and revenue management)
• Change management for projects, including the conception and implementation of a corresponding strategy
• Training hotels and users in the individual systems and services
• Planning, documentation and control of projects; continuous monitoring of the status, schedule, budget and costs for projects and ongoing services in the area of "Business Solutions"
• Anticipation, evaluation and communication of possible risks and ensuring that problems are resolved on time
• Managing external partners and service providers for the area of "Business Solutions" (costs and resources management, monitoring compliance with partner contracts and services)
• Managing orders and offers for all kinds of necessary hardware and software for new projects and services
• Performing regular reports and overviews of fees and services per partner
• Assuring IT governance and compliance practices

Your experience and skills include:

• 3 years’ experience in IT field
• Very good command of English, German is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferred in Computer Sciences or Hospitality Management
• Experience in hotel industry and Project Management
• Proactivity, persuasion and willingness to learn new things, share ideas, initiate and support change
• Flexibility & adaptation capacity
• Customer focus mindset
• Strong analysis, organizational and strategy skills
• Ability to work in a matrix-organization
