• conduct structured problem solving with UBS businesses and/or clients in collaboration with other team members
• support the decision taking of our internal business partners on top senior management level
• collaborate with sales management, business management and client advisors across our markets worldwide on strategic projects and initiatives
• establish close day-to-day relationships with other stakeholders such as Finance / Controlling, Risk Management and Legal
• benchmark specific UBS segments against competitors and monitor competitor moves
• evaluate M&A targets taking into account financial and strategic considerations
• design operating models and processes for specific markets and business segments
