What you will be doing:

  • Daily support of Adventures & Experiences (A&E), Floral and Legacy Events purchasing and processing procedures related to accounts payable
  • Produce P&Ls by group and for Legacy Events to ensure optimal profit margins
  • Reconcile A&E corporate purchasing card 
  • Post A&E and Floral billing to group accounts
  • Support accounts receivable as needed for A&E and Floral billings
  • Support Director of Retail and Guest Experience with all Legacy Events
  • Assist with the reconciliation of invoices with the payables team
  • Ensure vendor files are up to date and work with vendors to obtain invoices, certificate of insurance and any other forms needed to operate
  • Review third party contracts
  • Provide office administration duties as required 
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures 
  • Follow all safety policies 
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service 
  • Other duties as assigned


Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous office administration or accounting experience, hospitality background preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications, Birchstreet and eDestin or relevant computer applications required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
