Job Description
Job Description: -
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data; Maintain data files for analysis and reporting;
- Manage items and customers master maintenance in ERP and POS system, perform regular database housekeeping;
- Prepare detailed monthly sales reports containing relevant information on brands, territories, inventories, budgets, projections and marketing initiatives;
- Perform data analysis and reports to team head on a regular basis;
- Provide daily comprehensive support for commercial team including but not limited to sales plan execution monitoring, paperwork filing…etc.
- Collaborate among departments to improve operations process and enhance business workflow;
- Provide support to ad-hoc business projects/ assignments;
Job Requirement: -
- Diploma in business or relevant discipline;
- Experience in sales administration will be advantageous;
- Strong organization and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask;
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in excel
