Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company’s RPS (Recruitment and Placement System). Master the system’s commercial and administrative functions.
• Based on the business needs and goals to develop short/ long term strategy & KPI for the system. Develop RPS related projects (function adjustment/ usage improvement/ training courses, etc.) to help the commercial team to work efficiently with the system and achieve their KPI.
• Develop and execute training courses for the RPS for new and existing employees.
• Work with commercial team and data admin to improve the quantity and quality of the database.
• Support the commercial team with system related troubleshooting.
• Liaison with external system developers to constantly improve the system based on internal feedback. And deliver system related updates to the commercial team to drive awareness.
• Internal communication with internal system product team, IT, Marketing, operation, etc. to support the company’s overall digital transformation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or other relevant discipline;
• 3+ years of relevant business system management experience, ideally from HR, recruitment or other professional service industry with sound knowledge and experience of RPS, HRIS or CRM systems;
• Self-driven, attentive to detail, consistent, and process driven;
• Strong business acumen, and broad/strategic thinking capability. Able to see into future and anticipate the trends, and create business system strategies/plans accordingly;
• Strong analytical mind. Able to read behind figures and identify business opportunities and area of improvement;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong commitment to deadlines;
• Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and install confidence in order to motivate and influence others;
• Eager to learn and develop yourself;
• Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Overseas education or work experience a plus.
