Key Responsibilities

 Providing tax consulting advice to corporate, individuals or trust clients. Involvement in client pursuits (i.e., research tax opportunities, help identify new clients, attend client pursuit meetings, draft proposals etc.).  Develop new tax solutions.  Achieving revenue targets, assisting with billing.

 To qualify for the role, you must have 

• CA (SA) or LLB
• HDip Tax (preferable or to be commenced within next 2 years) 
• Minimum 1-year experience in tax
• Exposure to the big 4 
• Demonstrate experience of successful client handling and revenue generation in tax consulting environment

 Skills and attributes for success

 Proven corporate, individual and trust tax technical ability.  Ability to communicate and interact at all levels.  Team player, self-motivated and driven.  Project management skills: budgets and work in progress.  Ability to cope under pressure and deadline driven. Excellent planning and time management skills.
