Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified High School Business Teacher to join an international/bilingual school in Xiamen. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Business lessons and preparing students for IGCSE and A-Level examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging IGCSE and A-Level Business lessons
Develop students’ knowledge of business concepts, analytical thinking, and exam skills
Prepare students effectively for international curriculum examinations
Design and use appropriate teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
Monitor student progress and provide regular academic feedback
Support students with exam preparation and individual learning needs
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and student development
Participate in school activities and other academic responsibilities as required
Requirements
Master’s degree or above
Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Education, or a related field
Proven experience teaching IGCSE and/or A-Level Business
Strong understanding of international examination curricula and assessment requirements
Native English speakers preferred; candidates of all nationalities are welcome
Strong communication, classroom management, and lesson-planning skills
Passionate about working with high school students
Strong academic background; A–A* grades are preferred
Candidates who are available to start ASAP will be given priority
