Job Description

The Business Transformation Unit in the Finance Shared Service Center is chartered to deliver value to Intel through successful implementation of business process management, standardization and business process improvement, automation, and analytics.

The Business Transformation Analyst is a professional that will require interaction across Finance and Intel and all levels of the organization. As a key enabling position in the shared service center, a customer service mindset is essential. The desired candidate will be an individual contributor that will operate and orchestrate seamlessly within a matrix organization and be part of the Business Transformation Unit in the Finance SSC in Costa Rica and Malaysia.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Partner with the Customer to develop a deep end to end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.

  • Engage with cross functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be shared with Automation development teams.

  • Works with Automation Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of Automation projects and continuously optimize processes that impact agent and customer experience

  • Act as link between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered which drive meaningful and measurable business value.

  • Analyze and document from medium to complex business processes AS IS and TO BE for targeted processes.

  • Work with Business Units to perform value analysis ROI for the Automation processes.

  • Manage relationships and resource requirements with other team members, partners, vendors, and suppliers.

  • Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for Automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes

  • Uses the available tools and systems, to obtain information requested by internal and external customers.

  • Provides inputs regarding opportunities for continuous process and productivity improvements.

  • Deliver regular updates to management and stakeholders about projects status

  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures.

  • Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of a leading process analysis and/or modeling tool essential


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced Student or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineer, or any Science related field.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting business process documentation and requirements capturing with business owners and SMEs across multiple geographically disbursed teams for Process Automation.

  • Fluent level of English, written and verbal.

  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with automation software e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath

  • Knime, Alteryx or Power Automate knowledge

  • Experience working with programming and software development teams SAP, RPA, Data Blending

  • A team player that is willing to learn and adapt in a high pace delivery environment
