Job Description
We are looking for a candidate at manager level with the potential of rapid career development within our Business Transformation Team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development and response, and other pursuit activities with particular focus on Banking/Capital Markets, Asset Management, and/or Insurance
- Support delivery of advisory services to Financial Services clients, primarily with services related to business transformation, market entry, compliance management and project management
- Develop, define, and deliver advisory methodologies for management consulting services targeted to specific segments within the Financial Services industry
- Keep up-to-date with the latest regulatory and market trend in the Financial Services industry both globally and locally in China
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Oversee and mentor junior advisory staff; adhere to professional practice requirements and promote best practices
- Manage medium to large sized team delivering large business transformation projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience with business transformation, market entry, compliance management, and/or project management, at least half of which should be within the Financial Services Industry, Big-4 or equivalent; management consulting experience preferred
- Understanding of the local China banking and securities regulatory environment with a focus on market entry and license application is a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; PMP, Certified BA, and/or ScrumMaster Certification is a plus
- Prior knowledge with managing a consulting practice/ team. Experience attracting, developing, and retaining strong resources and building teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to Travel
