Reporting to the Divisional General Manager and overseeing a team, you will play a key role in providing leadership to the various teams and the core support functions to ensure smooth operation of the business. You will also be a value adding partner to the other senior management by aligning services most effectively and efficiently with organizational imperatives.

You will lead and direct Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain functions. You goal is to ensure an efficient and effective administration in support of the overall operations through formulating, monitoring and implementing of Company's policies and procedures. In particular, you will:

1. develop and monitor best practices and processes
2. ensure continuous improvement on work quality and performance
3. oversee procurement and set up effective procurement strategy and policy to drive cost savings
4. lead, train and develop dedicated team

You will have a minimum of 10 years or above general and project management experience, with proven track record in managing complex projects ideal. A strategic thinker with sound problem solving skills, you will have the ability to manage any crisis. You will also have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skill with a proactive and professional approach to influence and engage effectively with business partners and stakeholders. You will be a strong communicator with outstanding presentation skill and be fluent in Cantonese, English as well as Mandarin.
