• To have a thorough understanding of the contract and ensure that the service delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves customer satisfaction;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 years' experience in the IT service delivery.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills drive the team to meet commitment and quality standard
• Fluent English in read and write
