Summary: Supporting PMTO head, the specialist will track, coordinate, communicate and report global business initiatives to realize the value creation for the company, with his / her deep understanding of busienss / financial implication, strong skills of project and change management, and positive while tanatious personality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support PMTO (Program Management and Transformation Office) to track, coordinate, communicate and report global business initiatives. Projects cover strategic, commercial, operational or financial initiatives across functions and regions

• Research market, analyze internal and external data, and gain market / busienss / operaiton insights

• Perform concept studies, needs analysis, problem/opportunity analysis, business / financial modelling, impact mapping, dependency analysis, etc.

• Help to identify and implement tools and systems, which enhance and improve the performance of Laird PMTO practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Critical thinking and problem solving - Ability to evaluate and examine a situation from different perspectives creating a base for decision making. Capacity to identify, mitigate and decide on solutions when facing obstacles in your assignment

• Analytical Skills – Ability to visualize, and conceptualize gathered information in a structured way. Capability to identify key aspects

• Documentation and specification skills - Ability to document and specify relevant information in a structured and concise way

• Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills in global business environment

• Professional level at Excel, Powerpoint and other relevant tools

• Advacned level in English with strong writing / presenting skill
  

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor or Master degree in business management, finance or engineering

• Minimum 2-year experiences in electronical related industry or management consulting, and in a similar function

• Being self-motivated and having a strong driving force

• International experience preferred

• Experience in electronica component industry is preferred
