Change the future with us… Using your expertise, you will be responsible for: • You are responsible for our business development of automation and power solutions for the solar industry in Asia Pacific Region. • You conduct market investigations in the solar industry and identify opportunities out of it. • You create business development plans and define the development strategy together with our regional sales organization. You develop and monitor it independently and report the results to the business unit management. • You take over the strategic management of key sales projects and lead interdisciplinary/intercultural teams consisting of business development, regional sales, engineering, manufacturing and business controlling. • You develop requirements for branch solutions by bundling market requirements and feeding these requirements in accordance with the FA (Factory Automation) PLM process for the realization of corresponding products and solutions. • You have budget responsibility for projects within the segment strategy implementation and for the development of applicative solutions. • Your work includes the overall calculation of customer projects with subsequent sales controlling of cost-cutting measures (design to cost). • Together with the marketing team, you determine marketing activities, organize them and carry them out, e.g. in the form of trade fairs, internet and reference articles. What you need to make real what matters. • You own a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics. • You have first experience in the solar or semiconductor industry. • You have a very good knowledge of motion control systems, drive technology and automation solutions (SIMATIC) preferably also power solutions • You have several years of professional experience in solution-based sales projects or experience in a consultative selling approach. • You can work independently as well as in an intercultural team environment. • You have experience in leading intercultural teams of specialists. • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
