Job title: Business Development Manager
Reports to: General manager of Shanghai office
Office: Shanghai with travel in china if required

Role objective: Work closely with the general manager of the Shanghai office to develop and administrate sales of insurance products distributed by the company

Job description:
1 Generating and qualifying sales leads
2 Active networking
3 Making and handing over quotations to potential clients
4 Frequent communication with clients & prospects
5 Assisting in tasks assigned to by GM (e.g. client presentations, conferences etc.)

Remuneration: fixed salary plus commission: fixed upon experience of the candidate

Job requirements:
BA or above (finance, insurance, marketing preferred)
Native Chinese speaker with good English proficiency. Other languages a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with customer-centric mentality
Persistent and professional in following sales leads
Self-motivated, eager to learn
