Directum company is a leader in enterprise content management (ECM) market in Russia and CIS countries. We are considering opening a new office in China.

We are looking for a business development manager experienced in sales and management. This position plays a key role in Directum software sales by defining large companies’ needs in business process automation and conducting product launches.

Directum is a powerful ECM platform for efficient content management and collaboration. We offer а wide range of ready-to-use solutions for automatization of standard as well as specific business processes. Today more than 2600 organizations in 20 industries across 10 countries rely on us.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Identify customers’ needs and do a market research;
• Provide corporate sales and work directly with stakeholders;
• Organize and conduct demonstrations of Directum functionality in accordance with clients’ needs.
• Search and partner with system integration companies;
• Identify and create new ECM solutions for China’s market;
• Participate in industry events: exhibitions, conferences;
• Promotе the product.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate software sales;
• Understanding the market of corporate information systems in China;
• Understanding Chinese companies’ needs in ECM software;
• Understanding actual practices of document and business process management in China;
• Fluent English (spoken and written), Russian language skills are welcome;
• Knowledge of project management and other management techniques;
• Excellent presentation skills and negotiation experience;
• Interest in IT industry and willingness to travel.
