As a BDM you will develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the distribution of our products to customers in the UK & the rest of Europe and work towards agreed sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence,
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status,
- Opening up new sales channels. Candidate
Requirements:As a Business Development Manager for one of the market leaders in this space, you will be an excellent professional who can represent a company at the highest level possible. From a working perspective, you need at least 1-2 years + experience in new business development. As an individual it is solely about your attitude, your ability to communicate, your ability to pick up new things and finally your will a possess a keen willingness to learn.

A set of high-grade cosmetic packaging materials manufacturers which collects mould manufacturing, injection molding, stamping, coating, stamping, printing, etc. There are three manufacturing bases: Jiading District, Shanghai, Taicang, Suzhou and Shaoxing, Zhejiang. In 2003, the company invested 60 million RMB at first phase to establish Shanghai manufacturing base. In 2012, the company invested 120 million RMB at second phase to Taicang manufacturing base. In 2016, the company invested 30 million RMB at third phase to establish Shaoxing manufacturing base which is still under construction. There 2000 employees currently and annual sales is 6 billion RMB. Main business markets are domestic and foreign famous cosmetic brand, cosmetics multinational trading company, electronic commerce, exporting Europe and Middle East and other domestic and foreign markets. The company owns outstanding enterprise image, advanced equipment, excellent management mode and quality management system. It has become a major supplier of domestic national cosmetics enterprise, and cooperated with L’oreal, Estee Lander and other international brands.
