Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

Job Description:

Provide analysis reports as required by all business stakeholders within Partnership Distribution

• Provide Daily Sales Performance Tracking
• Provide Weekly Sales Momentum report to Finance
• Provide Monthly Sales Metric to BRM
• Provide BQ dashboard PD to Compliance Team
• Other repots requested by management
   

Business Quality Assurance (MCG).

• Involve settling and investigation for customer complaint case   
• Write user requirement for MCG, prepare test scrip, perform testing, and seek for approval             
• Provide Weekly report for MCG signoff by sales team     
• Conduct random called check on quality of MCG with sales force

Projects Enhancement for Partnership Distribution sale management and other relevant in PD such as PDLMS new dashboard, product CR by all channels, and other project enhancements.

Job Requirement:

• Education – Bachelor of administrative, IT, finance or banking
• Experience – 3 or 4 year in insurance industry, or has knowledge of underwriting process
• Skills – computer software and advanced
• Strong English for communication, coordination, facilitation, be able to work overtime & weekend, hardworking, flexible, commitment, willing to learn new things, responsible and ownership
• Time management and leadership skill
