Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1/ Accompany the Chairman on business negotiations, prepare the files and take coordination work;
2/ Attend business reception activities, prepare the files and take the reception work;
Attend conferences, take minutes of meeting;
3/Deliver, collect and organize paperwork for the Chairman, guarantee timely communication of information;
4/ Arrange agendas for the Chairman, along with necessary reminding and liaison;
5/ Daily assignments from the Chairman;
6/Raising purchasing orders;
7/Able to communicate at all levels.

Job requirements:
1/ native english speaker most welcome, or at least English close to native level
2/ good Chinese language ability, can speak Chinese fluently
3/ Bachelor degree or above, ,good competence of English oral communication, reading and interpretation;
4/ Proficiency in Windows office software and usage of office equipment, have basic Internet knowledge;
5/Personal accountability, strong time management skills and results oriented.
6/ High level of integrity and trust.
