Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing new programs for AP region in line with GPDS timeline and meet quality & cost target.
2. Negotiate yearly total value management, cost reduction / gap closure and sourcing at the right price up front.
3. Proactively work with global team on GCBP or strategy finalization and voice out AP concerns
4. Participate Purchasing meetings and complete sourcing activities , deliver program on-time through effective Purchasing representation on cross-functional teams.
5. Optimal relationships with suppliers, internal and cross-functional partners
6. In-depth Knowledge of Commodity and Marketplace in which suppliers of that commodity operate
7. Support launching issues

Qualification and Skills
1. Fluent English is a must
2. Has passion and strong ownership for purchasing job
3. Good analytical and negotiation skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Good business acumen and Cost structure exposure.
6. Excellent numerical and verbal/written communications skills.
7. Cross culture interaction experience is an advantage
8. Prior purchasing / automobile related intern experience is preferred
