- Responsible for commodity tactical purchasing operations, including PO management, delivery control, defects & liability settlement, payment management and tracking, and other tasks as assigned.
- Supplier development, selection, sourcing of quality goods and services with competitive prices, contract negotiation and management for assigned commodities.
- Communicate with internal clients to provide best solutions.
- Follow and optimize processes for performing professional execution to continuously drive cost down, achieve procurement objectives & KPIs’ targets, and ensure operation meet business requirements.
- Work with procurement leaders and managers to manage supplier’s overall performance and maintain the relationship.

Education

• Bachelor degree or above
• Major in mechanical engineering is preferred

Experience

• Fresh graduate with major in mechanical engineering is preferred, or more than 3 years machining equipment procurement experience preferred

General Skills Description

• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, good command of oral and written English
• Strong in problem solving, strong interpersonal and team work skills
• Self-driven, result, process and teamwork oriented. Motivated to work effectively and independently
• Good analytical skills and presentation skills
• Good at Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills
