Job Description

  1. Work across functional groups to monitor and analyze buffer strategies in both SKU level and Components levels and follow up executions
  2. Work with Purchasing buyers and planner to find areas of opportunity for Supply Lead time Reduction and buffer optimization for all WDC Commodities and set goals for respective commodities, coordinate and follow up overall cross functional process related program executions
  3. Provide regular progress, status for Strategy buffer Targets vs Actuals; and follow up and escalate any delays and risks in executions
  4. Support MRP business process, play as the bridge between business functional team and IT team for business requirement proposal and requirement implementation
  5. Design and Analyze Overall Global Purchasing Report consolidations and Management Dashboards
  6. Facilitate global purchasing training, best practice sharing and team competence development programs

Qualifications

  1. Experience in supply market index would be highly preferred
  2. Good experience in MRP, Inventory management and Supply Lead time reduction program
  3. Knowledge on SAP, Oracle
  4. Experience in Dashboard Development and Data Reports (Tableau, PBI)
  5. Well versed with Microsoft Office Application (ie: Microsoft Power Query, Power Pivot)
  6. Effective communicator in written and oral form.
  7. Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation skill
