·        Be responsible for Weekly/Daily on materials management, Inventory control, Forecast / Build plan review.

·        Ensure demand and supply are effectively; Follow up with CM on Purchase Requisition, Purchasing order to ensure supply on time without excess.

·        Provide guidance to CM buyer/planner to ensure the demand are fulfilled, manage CM and supplier performance and input scorecard performance in fixed period.

·        Handling vendor management process, ensure that the supply chain is continuously improved through the proactive involvement.

·        Work with CM buyer to ensure the reasonable WOI level and no material supply disruption.

·        Interacts with Asia planning and BE planning to understand the short term and long term demand picture, and product roadmap.

·        Collaborates with Quality, Engineering etc cross function team to deal with materials quality issue and new parts qualification.

·        Interacts with CMs to dispose the aging and excess materials.

·        Check with production planning for the weekly build plan implement, and full kits commitment.

·        Aligned with CM and back end planning for component safety stock target considering the market situation, supplier capacity, Unique where used etc.

·        Bachelor degree or above in supply chain management.

·        Minimum 4 years of material management, CM management and supplier management.

·        Be highly motivated, organized and detail oriented.

·        Strong data analysis capability, communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent command of spoken and written English, proficient in MS (Excel, PPT).

·        Analytic capabilities, good communication skills and active team player.

·        Knowledge in components field, like electronic and mechanical parts.  Sheet metal, PCB, plastic and EE etc.
