This exciting role offers opportunity to: In charge of purchase PR & PO process for direct/indirect materials, equipment, tooling, service and MRO, and manage delivery schedule to keep it updated in the MRP system. Implement supplier agreements/contracts and annual contract renue by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions. Part of material cost out team to identify and execute cost savings projects totaling 3% of spend YoY (net of material economics) through actions including: cost saving project management, negotiation of favorable payment terms, pricing, MOQ, lot sizes, etc. with suppliers globally. Work with Quality team to track monthly DPPM / supplier performance and come up the improvement plan for any gap. Sub-contractors’ monthly expenses review/approve & load up in system. Follow MOC meeting to create ECR to go through the conditional approval for specific material batches. New supplier establishment that obtains the supplier's information and follow internal policy to complete the approval process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Years and area of experience required Procurement/sourcing or related experience in a manufacturing setting 5+ years Technical Knowledge CPPS certified preferred Minimum TOEIC Scores at 600. Sourcing relating experiences at 5 + years preferred Experiences with chemical, plastic industry or mechanical field 5 + years preferred. Working knowledge of ERP system which Oracle, MFG Pro are preferred or demonstrate ability to learn and use new computer software programs quickly. Ability to interpret data. Soft skills Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well as a team member while demonstrating and promoting corporate initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills, fast respond, good sense of urgency and business acumen logical.
