Responsabilidades del puesto 1. Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos. 2. Revisa las facturas en espera y coloca acciones correctivas para evitar que se repitan. 3. Mantener y corregir el registro de información de compras, el maestro de artículos y los plazos de entrega en SAP. 4. Realice órdenes de compra según el horario de trabajo estándar según la sugerencia de SAP. 5. Mantener comunicación y actualizaciones con los clientes internos, relacionados con la llegada de material. 6. Mantener los niveles de inventario de materia prima de acuerdo a los objetivos fijados cada mes. 7. Queme cualquier orden de compra vencida de los proveedores y proporcione fechas precisas en SAP. 8. Seguimiento diario del trabajo estándar 9. Tener comunicación directa con los proveedores con respecto al uso y pronóstico de materiales. 10. Dar disposición al material rechazado y crear planes de acción correctivos. 11. Reduzca cualquier VPP y proporcione una explicación detallada si se genera. 12. Identifique cualquier riesgo de E&O y trabaje en el plan para agotar el inventario. 13. Brindar el apoyo necesario Se respetan las políticas de EHS en todos sus contenidos.
