Responsibilities:

1. Execute the local purchasing for assigned commodity(s) or suppliers(Tools, Consumables,Service etc.). This includes supplier comparison, selection and development to ensure material and services meet the needs of the business.

2. Negotiate with vendors on all contract such as NDA， Quality Insurance Agreement, Long-term contract. Interacts with suppliers regarding payments and order fulfillment

3. Performing detailed cost analysis of components & manufacturing processes used by our suppliers to ensure high-quality at the low-cost solution and monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance

4. Partnering with key business stakeholders to drive improvements in purchasing processes including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, and database management.

5. Manages loading and retrieving of legal and compliance documents into applicable storage systems to support regulatory, audit and research activities.

6. Presents recommendations of improvement opportunities and alternative courses of action to senior purchasing/sourcing leaders

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

2. Minimum of 2 years of commercial sourcing experience

3. Experience and Knowledge International Trade

4. Excellent negotiations skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships

5. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments

6. SAP Experience is preferred

7. Good at writing and oral English

8. Advanced Excel
