The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in business analysis, strong and effective written and oral communication abilities, sourcing skills, computer skills, and electronic component knowledge. The position requires the aptitude to work independently with minimal direction. Roles and responsibilities include: - Follows established procedures, practices, and policies to contact vendors, obtain quotations, examine bids, made awards, place orders, and expedite delivery of goods/services. - Consolidate engineering build plans and keep track on schedules and delivery to meet build plan schedule. - Exercises good judgment and working knowledge of materials and sources of supply for local and/or regional sourcing projects and electronic components - Perform RFQs and prepare alternative recommendation for engineerings judgement and seek for cost reduction for specific platform. - Negotiates annual, local, regional and national agreements and participates in global negotiations where applicable. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy. - Survey new suppliers for new material, services, and components, close all contracts needed to do business, establish vendor codes if it fits engineering/quality specs. - Plan for module supplier capacity, oversee capacity expansion, smooth ramping up and down. - Resolve conflicts and financial disputes (PO/Invoice) arise from partners in the supply chain. - Work with cross functional teams and external partners to ensure availability of components for engineering builds

3-5 years of experience in procurement related activities.

Associate Degree in Business or technical related discipline..

Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluent English.
